You can control saved conversation memory directly in the Bella Chow WhatsApp chat, or contact Bella Chow Limited about other records.

Clear saved memory in WhatsApp

1. Open the same Bella Chow chat using the phone number you used for the service.
2. Send “Forget me”.
3. The agent clears saved preferences and conversation context and disables personalization. You can later say “Turn on memory” if you want it enabled again.

You can also say “What do you remember about me?” or ask the agent to forget a particular preference.

Request deletion of other records

Email hello@thebellachow.com with the WhatsApp number you used and a description of the records you want removed. Do not include passwords, verification codes or payment card details. We may ask you to confirm that you control that number.

What the memory command does not delete

Operational order, payment and collection records are separate from personalization memory. A request concerning these records needs team review; the agent does not automatically erase them. Removing memory also does not remove copies held in your own WhatsApp chat or by Meta, Google or Paystack. Requests to those providers follow their own procedures.
